Matchboxes featuring Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden's photograph and offering a reward of US$ five million for information about him are being circulated in Pakistan's tribal North West Frontier Province. Postal and email addresses for sending information on the Al Qaeda chief are printed on the matchboxes. A leaflet within the matchboxes, containing 30 match sticks, says bin Laden is wanted by the US government on charges of killing 220 innocent citizens.

The e-Money order envisages delivering money at the customer's doorsteps. The facility would be launched in Kerala and the four metros-- Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta and Chennai, Union Postal Secretary, I M G Khan, told a press meet in Kochi. With this, a long felt need of Indian expatriates for an economic and reliable electronic Money Order facility, would become a reality, he said. Officials say the postal department is working on "Pin-Plus," a new pin code that will give the exact location of a house or an office. Postal ballots would be counted first and after that EVMs would be opened, Ayyanger said adding the result would be officially announced in the afternoon.
